The Role:
Prepare detailed cost estimates across civil and construction projects.
Identify commercial risks, opportunities and potential value-engineering options.




Take ownership of tender pricing and submissions.
Analyse project scopes, drawings, specifications and relevant documentation.

About You:
Minimum 5+ years’ estimating experience across basements, demolition and civil infrastructure projects.
Confident interpreting plans, specifications and project documentation.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, project costs and subcontractor pricing.
