About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll join a small cross-functional team working closely with the Business Analyst and business stakeholders. You'll deliver full-stack solutions across AI-enabled automation, internal tools and digital products, taking ideas from prototype through to production.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-stack solutions from technical discovery and prototype through to production




Build responsive front-end experiences using React and Next.js, and back-end services and APIs using Node.js
Design and query SQL data stores, data models, API integrations and event-driven workflows
Implement AI-enabled features using governed model and API services where they add transparent business value
Write maintainable, tested code and support sensible CI/CD and deployment practices

Skills and Experience
5+ years' commercial full-stack development experience
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js skills
Experience with SQL, relational data modelling, APIs and third-party integrations
Comfortable in a small team with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders
Git, automated testing, CI/CD and secure development practices
AWS desirable; Databricks and Cloudflare highly regarded
LLM API or AI workflow exposure advantageous
Portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating full-stack capability strongly preferred
