What You'll Be Doing

Be the driving force of the venue: visible, engaged, and leading from the front every shift.
n
Deliver exceptional guest experiences that match the pace and energy of Chatswood.
n
Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time.
n
Build a solid, accountable, and positive team culture.
n
Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
n
Manage labour, COGS, and P&L; to deliver strong commercial performance.
n
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
n
Handle peak trade with confidence,



from after school and weekend rushes to late night trade.

Build real connections with the local Chatswood community through engagement and activations.

Who we're looking for

A confident, experienced leader who loves being in the action and understands what great hospitality feels like.

Commercially aware, with experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.;
n
A natural coach who lifts performance and holds high standards.
n
Comfortable leading a busy, high-volume venue.
n
People focused, with a genuine love for hospitality and creating great experiences.
