Scheduling, Customer Service and Showroom Sales

Join our Admin Team helping our installations and service departments.
n
You will be responsible for several key tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, including coordinating the schedules of blind installers, assisting showroom visitors, and maintaining customer service standards in a dynamic office environment.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Book, coordinate and manage the schedules of blind installers to ensure timely and efficient installations
n
Handle incoming service calls from customers with existing installations, providing assistance and scheduling service appointments as needed
n
Support the Service Manager with various administrative tasks to optimise service operations
n
Generate and send purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring a seamless supply chain
n
Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving supply-related issues
n
Serve customers in the showroom, converting inquiries into leads or on-site sales
n
About you
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Excellent phone mannerism
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus, but not essential
n
Punctual and reliable
n
Some Basic Details:
n
Full time Role
n
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
n
Wednesday 8.30 am - 5 pm.
n
Office located at 1 Olive Street, Clayton.
n
Half-hour lunch breaks, plus morning and afternoon tea.
n
Largely set times for breaks, but sometimes swapped with colleagues to accommodate serving customers.
