About the service:

Located in Castle Hill, our community-based preschool provides a warm, inclusive and engaging environment for children aged 3–5 years. What you'll be doing in this role
n
As a Certificate III Qualified Educator, you'll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!
n
Your work may include:
n
n
Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
n
Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interest, strengths, and abilities.
n
Documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
n
n
Who we're looking for
n
n
Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred)
n
Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
n
A work history that demonstrates, programming,



writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
n
Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
n
You'll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting's everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
