ASAP Labour Hire is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong sales mindset, proven business development capability and solid labour hire knowledge.
n
This is a genuine 360 recruitment role with the opportunity to build your own desk, develop your own market and play a direct role in growing the business.
n
We're not looking for someone who simply wants to manage job orders.

We want someone who wants to win business.

About the role
n
You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, develop new clients and build your desk around the industries and markets you know best.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
New business development and lead generation
n
Cold calling and outbound sales
n
Prospecting and identifying new clients
n
Building relationships with decision-makers
n
Attending client meetings across Melbourne
n
Winning new labour hire and recruitment accounts
n
Growing existing client relationships
n
Identifying recent markets and service opportunities
n
Taking job briefs and delivering quality candidates
n
Candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
n
Building candidate talent pools
n
Managing the full 360 recruitment process
n
Negotiating rates and terms
n




Managing placements and ongoing client relationships
n
Growing your billings, desk and earning potential
n
Maintaining accurate CRM and compliance records
n
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys sales and business development.
n
You will have:
n
n
Proven 360 recruitment experience
n
A strong track record in business development and new client acquisition
n
Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
Solid knowledge of Victorian labour hire legislation and compliance
n
Experience working within labour hire compliance requirements
n
Solid candidate sourcing and recruitment skills
n
The ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
n
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
n
The confidence to cold call, network and meet clients
n
The ability to work autonomously and manage your own desk
n
Excellent communication and organisation skills
n
A current driver's licence and ability to attend client meetings
n
n
Experience across labour hire, construction, trades, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, industrial or 3PL recruitment will be highly regarded.
