Supported Independent Living (SIL): Helping participants thrive in their own homes

In-Home Care & Personal Support: Assisting with daily living activities while promoting autonomy

Delivering compassionate, tailored support for participants with higher care needs

What You Will Need
n
Essential:
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support (or equivalent)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
n
Highly Regarded:
n
n
Experience supporting complex behaviours or high physical support needs
n
Hoist, mobility, and manual handling skills
n
Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant safeguarding
n
Commitment to person-centred, active support
n
n

Earn your Certificate III in Disability while gaining hands-on experience

CCLO is currently looking for PPT and Casual Disability Support Workers, as well as 3 x maternity relief positions for approximately 6 months to 1 year. There is potential for the maternity relief positions to transition into ongoing employment following the relief period, depending on operational requirements and available positions.
