You'll play a key role in both pre‐sales solution design and hands‐on project delivery, working across a wide variety of Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, networking, and security technologies.
n
This is a senior, client-facing role suited to someone who combines robust technical depth with commercial awareness, communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from discovery through to successful handover.
n
The Opportunity
n As the Solutions Specialist, you will:
n
n
Design and deliver complex cloud and infrastructure solutions
n
Lead technical discovery workshops and client engagements
n
Scope, estimate, and contribute to Statements of Work (SoWs)
n
Deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and migration projects
n




Support pre‐sales activities with technical expertise and architecture guidance
n
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal teams
n
Ensure projects are delivered cleanly, securely, and with strong operational handover documentation
n
n
You'll work closely with architects, delivery teams, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and commercially viable.

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a senior MSP consulting, solutions, or project delivery role
n
Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise
n
Experience designing and delivering infrastructure and cloud projects end‐to‐end
n
Strong endpoint management and security experience
n
Excellent documentation and client communication skills
n
Experience in pre‐sales, solution design, and technical discovery
n
Strong understanding of operational supportability and structured handover processes
n
Commercial awareness and the ability to scope projects accurately
n

Highly Regarded Experience
n
Experience with any of the following will be highly advantageous:
