Jabba Restaurants Pty Ltd is a McDonalds franchisee. Given the needs of the business, we now require a Store Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Kirrawee NSW.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory management including overseeing stock levels, ordering merchandise and goods.
n
Preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses and liaising with senior management re. financial goals of the business.
n
Providing excellent customer service including tending to customer inquiries and complaints.
n
Maintaining store presentation.
n
Ensuring the business complies with relevant laws, including Workplace Health and Safety policies.
n
Selecting, training and supervision / upskilling of staff.
n

Skill & Experience
n
n
Associate-Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and one (1) year full-time relevant work experience; OR
n
Three (3) years of full time work experience.
n
n
A base salary of $80,****** per annum (plus superannuation) will be offered to the successful candidate.
n
The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail.
