Reporting to the Team Leader Assessments, CAS Assessment Officers are the engine room for the division assessing incoming complaints and notifications across a range of complexity levels to identify opportunities for IBAC investigations into public sector corruption and police personnel misconduct.

Conduct assessments of complaints and notifications across varying levels of complexity within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

What you need

a cover letter of no more than two pages outlining your responses to the key accountabilities and selection criteria in the position description.

Experience handling end-to-end complaint or case-based work.

Experience forming judgements within legislative or policy frameworks.
