Battery World Auburn is looking for a hands-on, motivated Store Manager to lead our team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive store performance.

Key responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and staff performance
Lead and support a small, friendly team
Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and roadside
Perform battery testing, diagnosis, and installations
Oversee stock control, ordering, and store presentation
Drive sales, profitability, and KPI achievement
Ensure fast turnaround for roadside assistance jobs
About you
Retail or automotive leadership experience




Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organised, and proactive attitude
Ability to work weekends when required
Valid driver's licence
Technical confidence (battery training provided)
