Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly elevated leadership role sits at the centre of executive decision-making, leading a high-performing commercial finance function and partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, investment decisions and long-term financial sustainability.

Position

Sitting at the heart of executive decision-making, you will lead commercial finance, drive strategic planning and help shape the future direction of the organisation.
Lead a team of senior commercial finance and business partnering professionals
Act as a trusted adviser to the Executive Leadership Team on strategic, financial and commercial matters
Drive enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
Strong commercial and analytical capability, including data wrangling, scenario modelling and transforming complex data into actionable insights
Influence major growth, transformation and capital investment decisions
Champion finance transformation, continuous improvement and capability uplift
Strengthen financial governance,

Profile

You are an accomplished senior finance leader with a strong blend of commercial acumen, strategic thinking and executive stakeholder engagement.
Extensive experience leading large-scale finance functions in complex settings
A robust background in commercial finance, FP&A; and business partnering
Proven success influencing C-suite executives, boards and senior stakeholders
Expertise in financial modelling, business cases and investment analysis
A track record of leading transformation and building high-performing teams
The gravitas, judgement and influence to operate at executive level
