Senior Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing & Operations

The Prospect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to step into a high-impact, 360-degree role within our specialised Manufacturing & Operations division.

Based in our Sydney office on a adaptable hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home), you will take ownership of your own desk. This role offers an attractive base salary of $90,000- $100,000+ Superannuation, alongside a market-leading commission scheme of up to 50% with completely uncapped earning potential.

Working with a supportive national team, you will leverage your commercial instincts to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle,



actively generate current business leads, and build sustainable partnerships across the sector.

Key Requirements & Skills:
Proven success in 360-degree agency recruitment, specifically focusing on white-collar operations, engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain portfolios.
Existing client connectivity and a natural ability to network, build relationships, and uncover new market opportunities.
The self-discipline and drive to manage your own workload independently in a high-performance environment.
A genuine passion for service excellence and a collaborative mindset that adds value to our national team culture.
