Key responsibilities
The IBM ODM Specialist is responsible for translating business requirements into executable rules, ensuring their accuracy, performance and maintainability.

Reporting to the Technology Program Manager, the IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)



Specialist plays a critical role in transforming complex business logic into scalable, automated decision services.

What you need
Experience with Rule Studio for authoring, validating, and deploying the rules/ruleApp to the rule execution server.
Experience in design, setup, customisation of the Business Object Model (BOM) and vocabulary for rule authoring as well as Implementing the Execution Object Model (XOM) that enables rule execution.
Experience in Java/JavaScript, Data transformation, and XML/XSD structures preferred.
