This is an exciting chance contribute to the development of next-generation communications infrastructure that will support future automated train control systems. You’ll work as part of a highly cooperative engineering team, solving complex technical challenges and developing innovative solutions at pace. The role requires a combination of strong technical capability, systems thinking and excellent stakeholder engagement to successfully integrate complex telecommunications, mission-critical and operational systems.

You will possess:
Experience in 5G/Telco core network technologies, integration and mission-critical communications environments.
The ability to translate technical requirements into practical designs,



integration solutions and test strategies.
Strong understanding of IP networking principles and technologies.
Experience with SIP, VoIP and related Unified Communications (UC) technologies.
Experience working with virtualisation and containerised settings.
