Position Overview

We are seeking trainers who have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace.

Administration Package
BSBOPS304 – Deliver and monitor a service to customers
BSBDAT201 – Collect and record data
BSBTEC202 – Use digital technologies to communicate in a work setting
SIRXCEG002 – Assist with customer difficulties
SIRXPDK001 – Advise on products and services

Requirements
Current TAE qualification and relevant VET training/assessment experience
Strong industry experience in administration, customer service, call centre operations, or digital administration




Demonstrated knowledge of the units listed above
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A skilled, supportive, and student-focused approach
Commitment to maintaining high-quality training and assessment standards
