About the role

You’ll advise clients across divorce, separation, parenting matters, property settlements, spousal maintenance and complex family law matters, with responsibility from first instruction through to resolution.
Run your own caseload independently
Advise clients directly on strategy
Appear at mediations, conferences and court where required
Work closely with an experienced family law team
Mentor junior solicitors within the office

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years PAE in family law
Confidence managing files from start to finish
A practical and client-focused approach
Strong communication and judgement
Experience across parenting, property and complex family law matters
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support junior lawyers
