About the Role





You’ll be part of our seafood processing team, ensuring our oysters are prepared, packed and delivered to the highest standards.

Your duties include:
Oyster processing — washing, opening, sorting and packing
Delivery coordination — assisting with accurate inward/outward product movements
Food safety compliance — maintaining a clean, organised processing area
Manual handling as part of daily operations

Essential Requirements
Driver’s licence
Early start availability
Ability to work on your feet
Basic computer literacy
Food handling knowledge
Experience in a process‑driven setting

Desirable Skills
Seafood/knife handling skills
HACCP experience
