The Trades Assistant Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of a team of three trades assistants. This role ensures that all maintenance, repair, and installation tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of three trades assistants.
Plan and schedule daily work activities.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Monitor and inspect work for quality assurance.
Provide training and development prospects.
Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
Address and resolve work-related issues.
About you
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
