About the Role

As an Internal Account Manager based in our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for maximising business and customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship building, customer service and growing existing business within a Sales team setting.
Build and develop strong relationships with key accounts
Customer Service and providing real-time updates to customers as required
Focus on delivering sales targets through cross-selling & up-selling IT-related products.
Outbound calls to key accounts to foster growth of accounts
Analyse potential new business, market opportunities & initiating customer contact to pursue opportunities.
Monthly reporting

Skills and Experience

The role requires the successful candidate to have:
Sales account management or customer service experience.
Solid knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing and cloud products and services.
Experience in selling products such as HP, Lenovo, IBM and Microsoft; within a retail/distribution environment would be ideal.




Proven capability to achieve set sales targets.
