As a Workforce Projects Officer, you’ll support the delivery of People & Culture projects that contribute to workforce and organisational priorities across the DMPE. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll help coordinate workforce initiatives, support project delivery, and contribute to outcomes that strengthen DMPE’s capability for the future.

You’ll apply your project coordination, research and analytical skills to a range of workforce projects, supporting planning, reporting, workforce analysis, and the development of quality briefings and recommendations. This is a great prospect to make a meaningful impact while building your project management experience in a supportive workplace.
