From our manufacturing facility in Glendenning, NSW, we support veterinarians, producers and animal owners across Australia, New Zealand, and a growing number of international markets.

The Project Administrator will report to the Head of Customer Operations and will be responsible for the following:
n
n
Deliver excellent customer service to Australian and New Zealand customers.
n
Process orders accurately within agreed service levels.
n
Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly.
n
Coordinate conference orders, communications and product updates.
n
Maintain SAP customer and product data.
n
Improve customer processes and implement practical solutions.
n
Build solid relationships with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Supply Chain.
n
Own demand planning and maintain monthly forecasts in Forecast Pro and SAP.
n
Monitor forecast accuracy and drive ongoing improvement.
n
Identify forecast risks,



supply constraints and variances, escalating as needed.
n
Prepare demand planning reports for the monthly S&OP; process.
n
Coordinate commercial projects from initiation to implementation.
n
Develop project plans, timelines and stakeholder communications.
n
Track milestones and manage project risks.
n
Support new systems, process improvements and commercial initiatives.
n
Improve commercial processes and customer outcomes.
n
Report insights on customer experience, demand planning and commercial performance.
n
Support continuous improvement across Customer Experience and Commercial Operations.

Successful applicants must have:

Degree in Project Management
n
Experience with SAP B1
n
High attention to detail
n
Strong follow-through
n
Problem-solving ability
n
Proactive and organised approach
n
Adaptability and willingness to take on additional duties
n
