We are looking for an experienced and motivatedCleaning Site Managerto oversee the day-to-day operations of a large commercial asset.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, building strong client relationships and maintaining high operational standards.
About The Role:
As the Cleaning Site Manager, you will take ownership of the site's cleaning operations and ensure the team consistently delivers a high-quality service.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing theday-to-day cleaning operationsacross the site
Leading, supporting and coordinating the cleaning team
Managing siteKPIs, performance and service standards
Ensuring cleaning schedules and operational requirements are consistently met
Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly
Managing staff attendance, rosters and day-to-day workforce requirements
Providing training, coaching and support to team members
Maintaining strong and professionalclient relationships
Responding to client requests and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Completing site administration, reporting and operational documentation
Ensuring compliance withWHS, company policies and cleaning procedures
Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery,



efficiency and overall site performance
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience incommercial cleaning management or a similar operational leadership role
Has strong people-management and communication skills
Is confident dealing with clients and managing expectations
Has excellent organisational and time-management skills
Can manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards
Is proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
Can work independently while also supporting and developing their team
Has good computer and administrative skills
Understands the importance of WHS, compliance and workplace procedures
