About the Role
You'll be part of our Client Sales Team, working in acall centre environmentmanaging both inbound and outbound calls to coordinate healthcare staffing shifts across Australia.
Your day will include:
Answering inbound calls from healthcare facilities
Making outbound calls to confirm and book nursing shifts
Entering and managing shift requests in real time
Working to clear KPIs around calls, bookings, and service levels
Maintaining skilled and positive communication with clients and staff
Qualifications & Skills
This role suits someone who thrives in a busy, target-driven environment and enjoys talking on the phone.
Advanced call centre / sales experience (4+ years minimum)
Inbound sales and customer service experience
Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
Ability to work at pace and handle high call volumes
Goal driven mindset working with KPIs and performance targets reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Quick learner who can follow structured processes
Experience in healthcare is helpful but not required — we provide training.
