Multiple Roles Available

Join a motivated and supportive team working across major civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring secure and efficient daily operations.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 12 months' experience in civil earthworks or mining
Experience operating one or more of the following:
Graders, Dozers, Loaders, Compactors, Skid Steers, Excavators, Watercarts
Relevant RII competencies
Strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork
Ability to follow instructions and work in a quick-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
Operate a range of plant machinery safely and efficiently
Conduct civil works including cut/fill,



trimming, compaction, haulage, and general earthmoving
Maintain haul roads and work areas to safe operating standards
Complete pre-start checks, report defects, and ensure machinery is well maintained
Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

What's On Offer
$45-$60 per hour, depending on experience and machine class
