The successful candidate would perform our diesel mechanic work based in Beenleigh Brisbane but also traveling to sites when required.
About the role
Your key responsibility is the
to diagnose, assess, repair and maintain our fleet of plant, mainly piling rigs. Applicants need to demonstrate a track record as an experiencedtradesman (heavy plant and machinery).
Within your role you will;
Provide trade specialist advice
Maintainplant and machinery including specialist tooling
Record maintenance planning and scheduling
Maintainaccurate records for all equipment, machinery,inventory and procurement online based programs
Working from our Brisbane based yard
Travel to sites when required

Skills and experience
Applicants will need to demonstrate;
Experienced trade qualified fitter
Experience in aworkshop and out in the field and maintenancefacility including scheduling
Experience with heavy plant and machinery including specialist tooling
Decisiveness with an ability to advise and influence others
Experiencein liaisingwith maintenance basedsuppliers and sub-contractors
Experience in stock and inventory management
Superior verbal and written communication skills
IT Competence - Microsoft suite and basic maintenance programs
A proactive approach to the workplace andan ability toadapt to change in supporting projects
An active approach and focus on HSEQ
A valid drivers licence, forklift,plant and machinery licencesand relevant tickets
