In thisfast-paced, high-volumeenvironment, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional service, andconvert enquiries into bookings and long-term customers.
What You'll Do
Convertinbound and outbound enquiries into bookings and long-term customers
Deliver expert advice and friendly service thatbuilds trust and drives results




Hit and exceed daily sales targetswith confidence and consistency
Log activities accurately in ourCRMand track performance
Support admin tasks while keeping your focus onconversion
Collaborate with your team to maintain apositive, high-energyculture
Represent Flick withprofessionalism, integrity, and care
What You Bring
Excellentoral and written communication
Sales-drivenmindset with solid persuasion and rapport-building skills
Tech-savvyand quick learner; comfortable with CRM systems
Proficient inMicrosoft Excel and Outlook
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and thrive in afast-paced, high-volumecall centre
Priorcall centre or salesexperience preferred (not essential)
