Coulton Farming is seeking an experienced and commercially focusedChief Financial Officer (CFO)to lead our finance function and work closely with the Directors and business owners.
This is a hands-on senior role responsible forfinancial management, cashflow, budgeting, forecasting, debt and financing, lender reporting, and commodity administrationacross our grain and cotton operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the finance function and financial reporting.
Manage cashflow, budgets, forecasts and business performance.
Manage grain and cotton contracts, reconciliations and settlements.
Manage loans, equipment finance and lender relationships.
Provide commercial analysis and financial advice to the Directors.
Maintain strong financial controls and reporting systems.
About You
We are looking for a senior finance professional with strongcommercial, analytical and forecasting skills, excellent financial management capability and experience managing finance, debt and stakeholder relationships.
Agribusiness, grain or cotton experience will be highly regarded.
