Disability Support Worker-East Melbourne

H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team.
We offer ongoing, stable work with consistent minimum 2- 8-hour shifts and the opportunity to build a genuine, long-term connection with a participant.
You'll provide person-centered support including personal care, manual handling, medication assistance, daily living support, meal preparation, community access, and appointments.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
Confident with personal care, manual handling, and medication assistance
Compassionate, reliable, and patient
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Passionate about providing quality, person-centered care
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
First Aid & CPR
Working With Children Check
Full Driver's License & reliable vehicle (preferred)
