As a HR Business Partner you will work very closely with the HR Manager, WHS Manager and wider HR team.
Playing a key role in this HR team you will build strong relationships across the business.

Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to;
Partner and Manage Key Stakeholder Expectations
Broad HR Generalist skill set required including ER, Recruitment, Performance Management / Learning and Development
EA interpretation
Guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle
Support with the delivery of HR Projects
Injury Management, Return to Work & Psychosocial Safety




If you have an excellent knowledge in a range of HR disciplines, outstanding communication and relationship building skills then this will be a role that will suit you down to the ground.
With your strong organisational capability allowing you to successfully drive projects and guide managers through best practice/HR modernisation.
To succeed in this environment, you will have demonstrated the ability to think strategically with a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills.
