We're seeking aDirector of First Impressionsto join our professional services firm in the heart of Sydney.
This is a receptionist role with a difference: you'll not only manage the front desk with confidence and polish, but also help lead ourdigital presenceand support theimplementation of automation and AIacross the office.
This is a rare opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a flair for organisation, and a genuine interest in innovation to step into adynamic, visible and future-facing position.
Welcome clients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone
Manage front-of-house administration, appointment scheduling and meeting prep
Take ownership of the firm's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)




Collaborate with our in-house software engineer on automating internal workflows
Maintain a professional and highly organised reception area
About You
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — near-native or native-level English fluency is essential
Tech-savvy
Friendly, polished and confident in representing a professional firm
Organised, dependable and self-motivated
Experience in front desk, admin or customer-facing roles
Social media content or marketing experience a plus
