We are seeking experiencedSenior Project Officersto support a Federal Government program delivering complex and high-impact projects.
The successfulSenior Project Officerswill work within a Project/Program Office environment, providing critical support across planning, coordination and delivery activities.
You will be offered an initial12 month contract with the view to extend for a further 2 yearswhile contributing to nationally significant initiatives.
The successfulSenior Project Officerswill be responsible for, but not limited to:
Supporting project and program documentation, coordination and administration




Assisting with project planning, scheduling and reporting activities
Managing stakeholder engagement across internal and external teams
Maintaining project financial records and supporting governance processes
Providing advice on project capability, risks and continuous improvement
The successfulSenior Project Officerswill have:
Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Project Support Officer or similar role
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or SAFe
Robust experience with Microsoft 365 and project tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to prioritise work and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
