YOUR ROLE:
Weld and fabricate heavy steel components toAS/NZS ****standards(Boiler-Makers)
Load and set up the CNC plasma cutting machine, Cut and prep steel parts ready for the Fabrication team as per production overview(Machine Operators)
Build advanced earthmoving attachments using precision drawings and shop plans
Work acrossCNC, brake press, and advanced cutting machinery(Machine Operators and Boilermakers)




Contribute toprototype developmentand next-gen attachment design

Earth-Moving Equipment breakdown/repairs
YOU BRING:
Trade-qualified in Boilermaker/fabrication/welding(BoilerMakers/Fabricators/Fitter Welders)
Completed trade certificate in boilermaking/fabrication/welding is required
Minimum 3+ years of welding experience is required for this position
Experienced in CNC Plasma cutting, loading and Unloading Plasma bed, Hand Power tools experience, Basic computer Experience.
(Machine Operators)
Skilled in MIG welding steel (multiple passes) 1.2 mm- 1.6 mm wire
Keen eye for detail and strong understanding of fabrication drawings
Eager tolearn, grow, and innovatewith a future-first team
Attention todetail and accuracyin building a brand new product from scratch to paint-readiness
Experience in theearthmoving, mining or agri-machinerybuilding space
Basic personal tools and a welding helmet(Boiler Makers/Fabricators)
Ability to work 9.5hr shifts over 4 days (38 hours minimum) Monday to Thursday
Australian permanent resident status is required for this position
