Key responsibilities
Running and coordinating workshop production
Leading cabinet makers and apprentices
Checking plans and jobs before production
Attending sites and carrying out check measures
Troubleshooting complex jobs that need an experienced eye
Keeping jobs moving and communicating with the team
Helping train and develop younger tradespeople
Jumping on the tools when needed
About you
Strong industry experience and excellent practical knowledge
Knows custom cabinetry and kitchens inside out
Can read and check plans confidently
Can lead and support a team
Organised and thinks ahead
Has high standards and takes pride in the finished product
Can communicate professionally with clients, trades and staff
$100,000-$120,000 package
A mix of management, workshop and site work
Local Northern Rivers work
Established workshop and experienced team
Compelling custom kitchens, renovations and joinery rather than repetitive production work
Genuine input into how jobs and the workshop are run
Adaptable schedule and 4 day week
Position available for an immediate start but we’re happy to wait for after Christmas break.
