About the Role

In this role, you will:
Build and manage your own pipeline of residential lending clients
Provide tailored lending solutions across owner-occupied, investment, refinancing, and construction loans
Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and lenders
Deliver exceptional customer service and advice throughout the client journey
Actively grow your personal brand and business within the market

About You

To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer
Relevant industry qualifications and lender accreditations
A strong understanding of residential lending products and policies
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development
The drive to build a sustainable and successful broking business
