Transdev Australia & Recent Zealand is seeking an experienced HR business partner to work across our Sydney operations.
You will partner with Front-Line Team Leaders and Managers to shape workforce capability and drive employee experience while navigating complex ER/IR matters.
You will contribute to organisational change and continuous improvement within the People & Culture team, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and enterprise agreements across depots Randwick, Pyrmont & Parramatta.
