An experienced Physiotherapist role that pairs remote case conferencing with hands-on clinic work. The hybrid model combines structured multidisciplinary case conferences with in-clinic physiotherapy consultations, offering clinical variety without back-to-back consult fatigue.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to remote multidisciplinary case conferences
n
Develop and guide physiotherapy interventions for chronic conditions
n
Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment plans
n
Deliver in-clinic consults supporting care plan implementation
n
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting
n
Review patient histories and contribute to movement- and function-focused care plans
n
Provide education, exercise prescription,
and follow-up aligned with care outcomes
n

About you
n
n
Physiotherapist registered with AHPRA
n
Confident working remotely and independently
n
Robust communicator, comfortable collaborating virtually
n
Person-centred, empathetic approach to care
n
Experienced with telehealth/hybrid service delivery
n
Solid documentation and time-management skills
n
Interest or experience in chronic disease management
n
