Multiple casual opportunities to perform, with a high degree of independence and with infrequent clinical practice supervision, as an advanced practitioner in cardiac sciences modalities as a multi-specialist practitioner in the Cardiac Sciences Unit.

About the role
n
Multiple casual opportunities to deliver, as a member of a multidisciplinary team, advanced cardiac clinical measurements services involving complex caseloads to the Metro North Hospital and Health Service (The Prince Charles, Redcliffe and Caboolture Hospitals) in accordance with contemporary clinical practice standards.

About you
n
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Apply professional judgement to the complex caseloads in these clinical measurement specialties, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence to support the continuum of care in the Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
n
Independently coordinate clinical education programs for pre-entry students and subordinate cardiac clinical measurements scientists by expanding, adapting or modifying clinical principles, procedures and techniques in the preparation of educational curricular.
n
Integrate evidence-based practice to make complex clinical cardiac scientific decisions within specialty areas in the Cardiac Sciences Unit.

Provide general cardiac scientific clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant clinical and medical directors and other stakeholders regarding service delivery in the Cardiac Sciences Unit, The Prince Charles, Redcliffe and Caboolture Hospitals (Metro North Hospital and Health Service).
