Our client is seeking experienced
Machine Operators
to join their growing production team at their modern Yatala facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining manufacturing equipment while ensuring production, safety and quality targets are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating and adjusting
production machinery
.
Completing machine setups and changeovers.
Monitoring equipment performance and
identifying faults
.
Troubleshooting operational issues and supporting downtime reduction.
Completing
quality checks
and production documentation.
Performing routine equipment checks, cleaning and basic maintenance.
Following all safety procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.




To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience operating machinery
in a manufacturing or production environment.
Solid mechanical aptitude and fault-finding ability.
Ability to work towards production targets and quality standards.
A strong safety focus and commitment to teamwork.
Forklift experience
advantageous but not necessary
Experience with corrugated packaging, converting machinery, automated production lines or similar manufacturing equipment will be highly regarded.
