This permanent, full time associate role focuses on providing accurate pricing, interpreting customer requirements, and producing initial tenders, contracts, and variations.

Estimator - Blacktown Area
Key Responsibilities
Interpret documentsincluding working drawings and colour selections to prepare BOQs.
Evaluate modificationsfor construction constraints, council regulations, and site costs.




Collaborate closelywith Site Managers and Customer Service Consultants to resolve queries.
Produce documentationincluding accurate tenders, contract tenders, and final consolidations.
Track progressusing workflow reporting tools.
Requirements
Residential experiencein production or sales estimating.
Construction knowledgeregarding methods, materials, and processes.
Strong problem-solvingskills with meticulous attention to detail.
Relevant qualificationslike a Cert IV or Diploma in Building/Estimating (desired).
On-site experienceis highly regarded but not mandatory.
