You will be incredibly well-supported in your role as you step-up to join a team of multi-disciplinary progressional. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and collaborative Rehabilitation Counsellor who cares about their clients.
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in:
Assisting a varied caseload through conducting relevant assessments including vocational assessments and providing return-to-work case management.
Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
Participating in team meetings, collaborative projects and more
Requirements:
Approved tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology. Occupational Therapists are also warmly welcomed.
Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
A desire to work within Occupational Rehabilitation and make a lasting difference
