About the role
n Join our Chronic & Complex Care Team! This is an exciting opportunity for a Dietitian to provide community-based dietetics services in a predominantly outpatient setting. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will deliver direct patient care and self-management education to individuals and groups, helping clients achieve better health outcomes. You'll benefit from a comprehensive orientation program, ongoing professional support, and a rewarding role within a collaborative Primary and Community Health service operating Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
