Position Overview
Alfie's Italian seeks a dynamic, experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
This is a turnkey role—our systems are well-established, and we're looking for a food and wine enthusiast who can take charge, and elevate our service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Operations:
Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring a seamless service from opening to closing.
Service Excellence:
Maintain high-quality service standards, creating memorable guest experiences.
Wine & Beverage Sales:
Utilize your knowledge to train staff, identify upselling opportunities, and meet sales goals.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff, cultivating a positive,



high-performance culture.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Manage ordering, stock rotation, and supplier relationships to optimize costs and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a restaurant setting.
Strong wine expertise and enthusiasm for food, with the ability to train and inspire staff.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage inventory effectively.
Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
