At Focus on Furniture, we're passionate about helping customers turn houses into homes. We're looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Consultant to bring that experience to life on the showroom floor.

This full-time role offers an average of 38 hours per week, with availability required across weekdays and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver strong individual sales, conversion, and productivity results
n
Confidently close sales while maximising add-ons, packages, and finance opportunities
n
Follow up on leads and quotes to convert opportunities into sales
n
Build genuine connections and uncover customer needs
n
Provide tailored furniture and styling solutions that inspire
n
Deliver accurate product advice on pricing, availability, and delivery
n
Resolve customer enquiries with professionalism and care
n
Process orders, payments, and finance applications accurately
n
Maintain customer records and uphold compliance standards
n




Support stock accuracy and store operations
n
Collaborate to achieve store targets and deliver results
n
Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
n
Assist with merchandising, displays, and store updates
n
Continuously build your product knowledge and sales skills
n
