READY SET DANCE is looking for an experienced Ecommerce & Merchandise Manager to take ownership of our ecommerce and merchandise business and help drive its next stage of growth.
n
This role puts you at the centre of what we sell and how we sell it - from identifying new product opportunities and managing suppliers, to improving our Shopify store performance, margins and customer experience. You'll bring ideas, commercial thinking and a proactive mindset to a role with real freedom to build, improve and make an impact.

What You'll Do
n
Grow the Store
n
Own Shopify performance and drive revenue, conversion and profitability.
n
Use data to build promotions, bundles and growth opportunities.
n
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Social and Design to optimise campaigns, launches and customer experience.
n
Stay ahead of ecommerce and competitor trends.
n
Shape the Products
n
Build our merchandise roadmap and identify new product opportunities.
n
Source and manage suppliers locally and internationally.
n
Take products from concept to launch, coordinating samples, testing, compliance and production.




n
Protect margins and manage pricing, MOQs and quality issues.
n
Improve the Economics
n
Understand true product profitability across freight, shipping and costs.
n
Manage freight and negotiate competitive rates.
n
Review carriers, platforms and inventory to reduce costs and improve margins.
n
Bring the Team Together
n
Coordinate launches, campaigns and events across multiple teams.
n
Keep ecommerce and merchandise initiatives moving from idea to delivery.
n
About You
n
You may come from ecommerce, buying, product development or consumer products. What matters most is your commercial mindset, curiosity and drive.
n
Ideally you:
n
Have solid ecommerce experience (Shopify preferred).
n
Understand sourcing, product development or merchandise.
n
Know margins, pricing and inventory fundamentals.
n
Are confident negotiating with suppliers.
n
Are comfortable with data and Excel.
n
Are organised, proactive and excellent with cross‐functional teams. Experience with freight, importing, carriers, Zoho or Starshipit is a bonus.
