About the Role

Join our agile Food & Beverage team in a permanent position where no two days are the same. Whether you're an experienced Barista crafting exceptional coffee or hold your RSA and thrive in a customer-facing hospitality environment, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

Preparing quality beverages and utilising your barista skills and/or RSA qualifications
n
Delivering outstanding customer service to visitors from around the world
n
Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
n
Working efficiently in a busy hospitality environment
n
Following food safety, WHS, and operational procedures
n
Supporting team members across various Food & Beverage outlets when required
n
n
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
n
n
Barista experience and/or a current RSA certificate
n
Confidence engaging with customers and providing exceptional service
n
A positive attitude and strong team spirit
n
The ability to work independently and take direction when needed
n
Excellent time management and the ability to perform under pressure
n
A reliable work ethic, honesty, and professionalism
n
Flexible availability, including midweek shifts
n

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

Be 18 years of age or older, as per NSW RSA legislation, in order to utilise your RSA
n
Have midweek availability
n
Be available to work a flexible roster including some weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and very occasional evening events
