Role Overview
n
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in office, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
n
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
n
Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
n
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
n
Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations
n
n
Experience/Qualifications
Required
n
n
Current First Aid Certificate required
n
QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
n
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
n
Proven experience in site management with experience delivering projects up to $100m
n




Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
n
A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
n
Strong tenure is a must
n
