Marsh Alliance is looking for a qualified
Industrial Electrician
to join our maintenance team at our Carole Park manufacturing facility.
This is a permanent, hands-on maintenance role working alongside our Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance team. You'll work across a diverse range of manufacturing machinery, tackling everything from electrical fault finding and breakdowns to preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades and improvement projects.
What you'll get
$***** per hour + super
Approximately
$124,200 + super per year
based on ordinary 38-hour weeks
Permanent full time employment
Day shift only – no rotating roster
Monday to Thursday:
6:00am – 3:00pm
Friday:
6:00am – 10:00am
Every Friday afternoon off
Variety of machinery, fault finding and project work
Work within an experienced, hands-on maintenance team
Opportunity to contribute to machinery upgrades and improvements

What you'll be doing
You'll help keep our manufacturing equipment safe, reliable and productive, including:
Electrical fault finding and breakdown response
Preventative and scheduled electrical maintenance
Diagnosing faults on production machinery
Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical components and systems




Supporting machinery upgrades and improvement projects
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
Carrying out electrical safety inspections and testing
Working with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Recording maintenance work and identifying recurring equipment issues
What we're looking for
You'll need:
A
current Queensland Electrical Licence
Strong electrical fault‐finding and troubleshooting skills
A practical, hands‐on approach to maintenance
The ability to work safely and independently when required
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Experience in
manufacturing, industrial maintenance, machinery or PLC fault finding
would be highly regarded.
