Frankston Tyrepower is seeking an experienced Wheel Aligner/ Tyre Technician to join our Tyre Retail business to cater for increasing levels of workshop traffic. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. This is an prospect for the right person, that has great technical skills, works well in a team environment, and is eager to learn. As a Wheel Aligner/ Tyre Technician you will be responsible for performing precision wheel alignment work, tyre fitting and balancing.

What you'll be doing
n

Perform precision wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications
n
Inspect and diagnose tyre-related issues
n
Repair and replace tyres using specialised modern equipment
n
Balance & fit wheels in accordance to required specifications
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation
n
Ensure the workshop is well-organised and clean
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience as a tyre fitter or in a similar automotive role (Minimum 2+ Years)
n
Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose tyre-related problems
n
Previous experience performing wheel alignments in accordance to vehicle specifications ( Minimum 2+ years
n
Knowledge of tyre safety, regulations, and industry best practices
n
Well presented
n
Self motivated & willing to learn
n
Current and valid drivers licence (manual & auto)
n
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers when necessary.
n
