Lutheran Aged Care Emily Gardens in The Rock, NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead care teams, assess needs, and ensure high‐quality care for residents, in line with LAC's Mission and accreditation standards.
You will work with Unit and Facility Managers, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor medication, infection control, WHS, and participate in ongoing quality improvement and documentation.
